Microsoft has released the new build of Windows 11 Insider Preview to the Dev and Beta Channels. The beta build doesn’t bring any additional new features. The development build comes with two interesting features, which we will discuss in the article. Not to mention, there are performance improvements and optimisations to the device that aren’t mentioned in the announcement.
Get screenshots and new photo notifications for Android devices.
If you have been using Phone Link, linked to your Android device, then you will be notified of every new screenshot and photo you capture. By notification, you have the option to further edit the latest photos and can also use them. If you aren’t seeing instant notifications whenever you take a screenshot or capture a picture, then enable it by heading over to Windows Settings > Bluetooth & Device. There you will find a mobile device. Click on Manage Device, which will allow you to access your Android device. The company is gradually rolling out this feature to the Canary and Dev Channels, and only a handful of users are receiving it. However, over time, everyone will have this feature in beta.
Ability to Join Upcoming Meetings via Microsoft Teams Directly on Windows Start
This feature is currently rolling out to Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise editions. Users will have upcoming Microsoft Teams meetings in the Recommended section. From there, you can join the meetings and appear 5 minutes before they begin.

- Open the Microsoft Insider Preview page, and scroll down to Select Edition.
- Choose Build from the drop-down menu.
- Then select the language and then click on continue.
- After that, click on 64-bit; that’s it.
How to install Windows 11?
Here are some pre-requirements to check before installing Windows 11 on your PC.
- Registered for Windows 11 Dev.
- Download and install WinRAR.

- Keep a backup of all critical documents, data, and apps.
- One compact flash drive (USB).
How to Create a Bootable Windows Insider Preview-Windows 11 Drive
- After downloading the Windows 11 ISO, navigate to the download folder.
- Once connected to a PC, conduct a FAT32 format on your Pendrive (DOS 11 Bootable Pendrive)
- Pick Extract from the right-click menu on the Windows 11 ISO file, and then select the USB Flash Drive.
- Once the extraction process is complete, you may perform a Windows upgrade.
- It’s completed!
How to Install Windows 11 on your Computer
- After shutting down your computer, perform a boot-up.

- After selecting your USB Flash Drive, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Please click Next if you do not have the product key.

- It eventually restarted. Now you can remove the USB drive.
- Following that, Windows 11 will begin to boot on your computer. Now all that remains is for you to create an account.
