Microsoft released the new update to the Windows Insider Programme, and the Company is making available the update Build 23451 to the Windows 11 Beta Channel. These features and improvements will likely debut in the next feature drop of Windows 11.

New Modern Details Panel in File Explorer
As you know, the company is putting effort into making a new experience for File Explorer. The company has recently rolled out the new File Explorer with tab and WinUI 3 design-based File Explorer. With this update, File Explorer is going to have a modernized details panel in File Explorer. You can access this by pressing Alt + Shift + P in File Explorer. This will show all the file activity, collaborate without requiring opening a file.
To enable this, choose Details panel in the View menu, and then toggle to enable it. This is currently rolling out to a limited number of insiders and will be available to more with future updates.
Improved Windows Spotlight
The company has been testing different treatments for how Windows Spotlight looks. Now, the company has been testing new treatments for the Windows Spotlight look. The first is Richer UI, Full Screen, and minimized Experience, and both treatments include 4K Portrait images and the ability to check details about the images.
To enable this, you can head over to Personalize from the Desktop by right-clicking and then choose Personalize. Or you can navigate by opening the Windows Settings and head over to Personalization. From there, choose Background, and then choose the option under Personalize your background. Similar to the last one, this is currently rolling out to a limited number of users and will be available to more in the coming weeks.
Narrator Enhanced Interaction with Excel
Narrator on Excel has a more efficient reading experience. To use this, ensure that you have updated to the latest Windows Insider and Office Insider to start using this. For this, you can use Ctrl + Windows + Enter to start Narrator. This updated Narrator will be available through the Microsoft Store update.

The company has been testing widgets, and for this, the company has also made changes with the Widgets packer, which has been rolling out to limited users but will expand with this update. Facebook has been updated with a new Facebook widget. You can try it by downloading the Facebook app from the Microsoft App Store.
This is still in preview, so sometimes there could be glitches or unexpected user interfaces. To add Facebook widgets to your Windows 11 Widget panel, head over to the Widget bar from the bottom right or press Windows + W to open the Widget board, and then click on the plus “+” icon placed at the top-right corner of the panel to pin your widgets.
