Microsoft has released two new builds to the Beta Channel: Preview Build 22621.1825 and Build 22631.1825 (KB 5026440). All insiders from Build 22624 will be automatically upgraded to Build 22631 via an enablement package.
The features are enabled by default on Build 22631.1825, and this approach is being used for the Beta Channel only and isn’t indicative of any changes or plans for the final feature rollout. This doesn’t bring a lot of changes; instead, there are many fixes that can be checked here.
Fix to Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1825 and 22631.1825

- Internal Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) range for specific mobile providers.
- Issue affecting tendering of forwarded event log in Event Viewer
- Searching Emoji for Chinese and Japanese Input Method (IME)
- Chinese and Japanese Handwriting panel now show text prediction candidates and no longer stop responding.
- Modern Standby has been fixed (error code 0x13A KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION).
- Windows Firewall no longer drops connection to the IP address of a captive portal when choosing the captive portal
- Correct domain and profiles are now applied for device join Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) in Windows Firewall
- Runas command to stop working has been addressed.
- Non-administrators can now access a greater number of event sources in the Event viewer
- Prevent Storage Space Direct (S2D) clusters from coming online after periodic password rollover has been fixed (Error Code 1326)
- Access issues with Tab Settings for IE mode sites have been addressed
- Users were receiving unexpected password expiration notices
- Touch keyboard now displays correct layout for French-Canadian Language.

How to Create a Bootable Windows Insider Preview-Windows 11 Drive
- After downloading the Windows 11 ISO, navigate to the download folder.
- Once connected to a PC, conduct a FAT32 format on your Pendrive (DOS 11 Bootable Pendrive)
- Pick Extract from the right-click menu on the Windows 11 ISO file, and then select the USB Flash Drive.
- Once the extraction process is complete, you may perform a Windows upgrade.
- It’s completed!
How to Install Windows 11 on your Computer
- After shutting down your computer, perform a boot-up.

- After selecting your USB Flash Drive, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Please click Next if you do not have the product key.

- It eventually restarted. Now you can remove the USB drive.
- Following that, Windows 11 will begin to boot on your computer. Now all that remains is for you to create an account.
