Microsoft’s upcoming build, Windows 11 21380 Firestell, has leaked. It was not in the pipeline to be released anytime soon and was meant to stay internal. Before proceeding, it’s not a newer build but an older build compiled 18 days before Windows 11 21996.co_release.
Windows 10-style Taskbar and Start Menu in Windows 11
This build has the classic Windows 10 taskbar and Start menu since it is an older version of Windows that includes Windows 10 components.

Overnight, Window 11 Build 21380 (Firesteel) was leaked. The system requirements enforcement (TPM, CPU, RAM) seem to not be present here.

The prerelease variant of Bloom is in the “Get Started” section. With this build, system requirements no longer enforce TOM, CPU, and RAM. As this is a leaked version, it was in development and not optimized. Users reported major bugs with the memory leak with the state repository service.

How to Create a Bootable Windows Insider Preview-Windows 11 Drive
- After downloading the Windows 11 ISO, navigate to the download folder.
- Once connected to a PC, conduct a FAT32 format on your Pendrive (DOS 11 Bootable Pendrive)
- Pick Extract from the right-click menu on the Windows 11 ISO file, and then select the USB Flash Drive.
- Once the extraction process is complete, you may perform a Windows upgrade.
- It’s completed!
How to Install Windows 11 on your Computer
- After shutting down your computer, perform a boot-up.
