Redmi upcoming budget smartphone, the Redmi Note 8 (2021) to be launch soon. Redmi recently completed the milestone for 25Million Redmi Note 9 smartphone. The device seems quite promising so let’s take a closer look at it and know more about it.

Design and Display

Some rumours and reports have been appearing online suggesting the device is to become with a Waterdrop notch, Narrow Bezels, Quad rear camera, Rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication, and Quad rear camera module. It comes with a 6.3-inch of Full HD+ display panel having an IPS LCD with 1080×2340 pixel resolution. Also, it offers a 120Hz of screen refresh rate and 19.5.:9 aspect ratio.


The device

has a Quad rear camera module packed with a 48MP Primary, Ultra-wide-angle lense, Depth sensor, and Macro lens in terms of camera performance. Upfront, it has a 13MP Selfie shooter upfront.


The device was powered by MediaTek Helio G85 Mobile platform paired with 4GB of Ram and 128GB of onboard storage. The device is running on Android 11 based custom SKin MIUI 12 out of the box. To power the device, it equipped with a 4000mAh battery using a 22.5W fast charging solution bundled in the box. As for connectivity, the device has a USB type-c port, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2 and Dual-Band Wi-Fi so far.
