Poco upcoming budget smartphone would be the Poco M2, aimed for affordable price segment and the device was surfaced earlier this month. Meanwhile, the device also listed on RF Listing page seems the device likely to be launch quite imminent. The device seems to be quite promising so let’s take a closer look toward the device and know more about it.
Poco M2 Pro Key Specification and Highlights
The Poco M2 Pro also confirmed by the Poco India GM C. Manmohan suggesting the upcoming device from POCO would be launching in next 20 Days to 25 Days in between. Where the device most likely to be initially launched in India and then later debuted for another region. According to the report, the internal model number of the device was M2003J6CI and the internal model of the device was spotted on BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) authority of India.
Moreover, the device also spotted on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Alliance certification website earlier this month. Which already confirm the device likely to launch in India quite imminent. The same report confirms the device is going to support Bluetooth 5.0 and will come with a Dual Wi-Fi Connectivity. This feature isn’t going to make a huge difference as it seems to be one of the most common features in the budget smartphone segment as well.

Therefore, the Poco m2 Pro looks to be quite competitive in the Mid-Range smartphone market. They already have launched the Poco X2 Pro earlier this year. Although, the Poco M2 Pro suggested being the Re-Branded Redmi Note 9 Pro as per the Kernel Source code teardown by XDA-Developers. Under the hood, the device is going to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G Mobile platform.
As far the Poco has been performing and doesn’t launch any new product from its end, they have just launched the exact same device that was launch in India or Indonesia under Poco Brand that not suppose to hit India. They have been active in India for more than 1.5 Year. In contrast, they also have launched some accessories like Poco Pop Buds TWS in July.
