Microsoft’s upcoming tablet seems to be one of the most anticipating devices, the Microsoft Surface Duo likely to be debuted in a couple of months. While the device was originally announced early this year, the device seems to be quite promising, so let’s take a closer look at the device and know more about it.
Microsoft Surface Duo will be featuring the App Group.
First thing first, the Surface duo aimed primarily for the Multi-tasking as far the Microsoft is going to optimize the software. Likely, the device was also working with Samsung on their cloud-based data. Not to mention, the Dual display brings more productivity so far, consider Microsoft as service-based productivity services.
The device is going to bring a new feature might be called “App Group” there is no further confirmation, but it allows running two different application on one screen simultaneity working on a secondary display.
Recently, Samsung also introduced the App pair and Sony multi-windows for there 21:9 aspect ratio display. Therefore, the device allows you to create a pair of application that allows both to run on the same window. This isn’t the first time for the dual-screen as LG also utilizing this on their Dual Screen device.
The Microsoft Surface Duo will come with a 5.6-Inch of an AMOLED Display panel, and the device is going to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile platform based on octa-core CPU. Additionally, the device is going to equipped with a 3460mAh battery; also, there will be MS Surface Pen support.
Furthermore, the device is going to be running on Android 10 based Microsoft Windows X UI out of the box. There will be more optimized Windows Software designed to work on android; hence they already launched there Defender for Android.
