Genshin Impact 3.8 is an upcoming update for the game, which is scheduled for July 5, 2023. It brings a new temporary map called Fontaine (Nation of Justice) and a new event called Secret Summer Paradise, based on the story that Alice tells Klee. In addition to the new map and event, there will be character returns that players have been waiting for, including Eula, Klee, Kokomi, and Wanderer.

This update is highly anticipated and has been the subject of many leaks and rumors. With this update, rollercoasters will allow players to explore the overworld more easily. The update will be titled Secret Summer Paradise, and this attraction will be available within the Veluriyam Mirage. Here, the new Archon Quest follows the story of the Arc of Caribert, and the Genius Invocation TCG receives new content.

New Map with Genshin Impact 3.8
This temporary map will be part of the Sumeru expansion and will be quite similar to the Golden Apple Archipelago from Genshin Impact 3.8. It has an amusement park theme and Fontaine Mechanics, which is expected to be a prelude to the Fontaine region. The name for the event will be known as Secret Summer Paradise, and this region is said to be located in the lush rainforest of Sumeru.

Regarding outfits in Genshin Impact v3.8, Klee, Kaeya, and Ayaka will have new outfits, which will be called Blooming Starlight and Sailwind Shadow, respectively. These will be free to claim during the event, while Klee’s outfit must be unlocked using Genesis Crystals.
Event Coming with Genshin Impact 3.8 Update
The game will introduce new events. One of the new events is an Oceanid-themed event at the new temporary region, Veluriyam Mirage. It will offer freebies, a 4-star character, Layla, and a Critter event at the end of the first half.
The second half will have two older events: the Perilous Prospect battle event and Adventure Trials V2, featuring a Kaeya Hangout event and a free Kaeya outfit. Apart from that, this update will include Secret Summer Paradise and a Kaeya Hangout throughout the event.
New Features in Genshin Impact 3.8
It will introduce new features, including map and quest tracking enhancements, to make it easier for players to track the next commission as soon as they complete one. It will also introduce map layers to help players switch between different terrain layers for easier navigation and exploration of certain areas.

Another thing about the quests is that they will be sorted better, and important quests will be labeled with an exclamation mark. The update will also fix several issues that players have encountered.
The developers have already shared a teaser for the update, which will bring a new temporary map, Fontaine, the nation of justice. The latest event live stream revealed everything about the update and new event and the character reruns that players have been waiting for.
It will also introduce a new mini-game called Fungi Challenge, and the game update will add support for cross-save functions among PC, mobile, and PS4, as well as PS5, allowing players to share game progress across platforms.
