Activision has officially announced the next version of Diablo which is currently in Beta. This is one of the most awaited games and fans have already pre-ordered it. If you haven’t pre-ordered the game then you can still join the Open Beta next week with everyone.

Release date of Diablo 4

The Early Access Beta is out for all players who have pre-ordered the game until Sunday March 19th. The Open Beta is scheduled to open on Friday March 24th and will remain open until Sunday March 26th. So before going into how you can download the game here are the minimum and recommended specifications for PCs.

You can play games on HDDs, Dual-Core CPUs and Integrated GPUs but the experience on those will not be that great at all.

Download Diablo 4 Beta on Console

There are three platforms in which Diablo 4 Beta will go live: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC. Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus members can access it.

PlayStation 5 Let’s begin with PlayStation 5 as it is quite easy to download Diablo 4 Beta on your console.

  • Open the PlayStation Store.
  • From there search for the Diablo IV Open Beta.
  • Select Download and wait for it to finish installation.

Xbox Series

  • Open the Xbox Store.
  • Use the search bar to type Diablo IV to search for the game.
  • Next, select Download and depending on your connection your game will finish downloading and installing.

PC Users Windows users first need to download and install the Battle.net Client. There you can add Diablo IV into your favorite bar.

  • Open the Battle.net Client on your PC.
  • Next, go to All Games to find Diablo IV or search for the game using the search bar.
  • After heading over to the Diablo IV game page you can click on the drop-down menu which should appear under Game Version.
  • From there select and choose Diablo IV – Beta.
  • Next click on the blue button to initiate installation.

After downloading and installing the game, you can start playing after logging into the game. Now you can launch the game by clicking on the Play button. Apart from joining the beta, there is a small perk for beta testers that they will earn the Beta Wolf Pack when they reach Level 20 during Open Beta.

Diablo IV Early Access Redemption Code

If you have an early access code for the game then you can redeem it. However, if you purchased the game digitally then your open beta will be available automatically.

  • Open Diablo.com/beta and log in with your Battle.net account.
  • From there enter your code and choose your gaming platform and region from the drop-down menu.
  • After that click on the Redeem button and that’s it! Your redeem code will be redeemed successfully as your account claimed. Do note that PC players will receive redemption immediately but for console players you’ll need to download the Beta from your associated email with your Battle.net account.
