Microsoft’s Bing AI Chat is one of the most popular AI tools, but it has one limitation: you need to use it on Microsoft’s Edge browser. Currently, it is in limited availability, as it requires beta access, which you can sign up for by visiting Bing.com/new.

Although Microsoft Edge is a good browser, people are often more comfortable with other browsers and prefer to work in them instead of switching to Microsoft Edge just to use Bing AI Chatbot. However, there is an alternative method to use Bing Chat AI on browsers other than Microsoft Edge.

In this guide, we will share how you can use Bing Chat AI on any browser. Follow the instructions mentioned below. So, without further ado, let’s get started.

How to use Bing Chat AI on any Browser:

If you are using any browser, such as Google Chrome, Brave, Opera, or Firefox, you can use Bing on these browsers. Before proceeding, you need to ensure that you have access to Bing AI. If you haven’t gotten access to Bing AI Chat, you can learn how to do so here.

To use Bing Chat on all browsers, we will use the Chat Unlocker extension. You can download it from the Chrome Web Store. To do so, simply visit the Chrome Web Store and search for Bing Chat for All Browsers and Bing Chat Unlocker. Then, click on Add to Browser.

After downloading and installing the extension, you can visit Bing AI Chat and reload the page. From the very next moment, you can start using Bing Chat AI on your browser, and you will have access to Bing AI Chat right from your browser.

This is achieved using a technique where the extension spoofs your browser and makes it appear as though you are using Microsoft Edge. The extensions we have shared with you are open-source and hosted on GitHub for everyone to check the project. All browsers running on Chromium can use these extensions to unlock Bing Chat AI on their browser.

Microsoft’s AI, which has been added to Bing Search Engine, brings a lot of capabilities to unlock the potential of using the internet. They are also looking to bring more AI interactions across their product portfolio. To make things more useful, Microsoft also introduced the Edge Copilot, which appears in the upper-right corner of the sidebar and is also available on mobile devices.

How to use Bing AI Chat with an Extension in any Web Browser:

After adding the extension to your browser, simply open the browser and sign in with your Microsoft account, which has access to Bing AI Chat. Then, you can head over to Bing.com and refresh the page. That’s it! You can continue using Bing AI Chat on that screen.

Using Bing Chat AI on Mobile:

You can use a browser with extension capabilities to use Bing AI on any browser. As of now, it’s officially available on Edge and the Bing app on mobile. Although, you can use voice to use Bing AI chat.

There are still a lot of limitations despite its availability worldwide, as you need to have Bing AI Chat functionality, which is confirmed to come later with the update.

Open Chrome and press F12 on your keyboard, which will open the DevTool interface. From there, click on the Customize and Control Dev Tool from the triple-dot menu button. Next, click on the More Tool Menu and then click on the Network Condition option. Under the User-Agent section, you have an option for the Use Browser Default option. From there, you need to choose “Microsoft Edge (Chromium) – Windows,” which will allow you to access Bing Chat from Chrome.

This is what the extension has been using to spoof your browser. The extension does the same thing, which changes these settings on your browser. Similarly, you can do it on your browser.

How to Use Bing Chat AI on Firefox Without Extension

To use Bing Chat AI on Firefox without extension, open Firefox and type “about:config” in the address bar.
