Samsung has announced that they will replace the screen protector on the Galaxy Z Flip 4 or Z Fold 4 for free for users who are facing issues, including repair for damage from any cause, such as bubbles or lifting. However, please note that this does not include any other repairs or damage to your device.
The replacements are only available for the inner (foldable) screen, and this does not cover physical damage that is determined to be due to abuse or misuse. Samsung South Korea is offering a one-time coupon for free service, which applies a genuine screen protector that can be used until August 31, 2024.

- Once you have the coupon, you can take it to an authorized Samsung Service Center to show the staff, and they will replace your screen protector for free.

To receive the service, users need to submit the receipt and the coupon that was included with their device. This can be redeemed at an authorized Samsung Service center, where users will receive a genuine screen protector.
