Krafton has released an early build for the upcoming PUBG Mobile 2.4. Many players may be wondering how to download and install the beta version of the game on their device. In addition to general optimization and bug fixes, there are some new features added to the game.

However, it is not confirmed whether the new features added to the game will debut on the stable update. They are only for testing the mechanisms of the game’s features. The primary motive for releasing the beta is to check for a smooth experience.

Game developers don’t want to release game updates full of bugs, so thanks to beta testers, developers can gather feedback that can help them fix issues before the stable rollout.

What’s new coming with the PUBG Mobile V2.4 BETA

There are plenty of exciting things coming in the upcoming PUBG Mobile V2.4 BETA update, including:

Classic Update

Back for Honor

Similar to the Gulag in Call of Duty, players who are killed will be sent on a vengeance mission. They must eliminate a target in order to return to the game. Players must choose whether they want to become a target or a revenge seeker. If they are successful in eliminating the target, they will receive a reward. If not, the reward goes to the targeted player.

Dancing Lion

Players can carry the Dancing Lion on their backpack and use it as a two-person vehicle. It has a Lion Dance theme and can jump, dash, and be nimble and swift.

Grappling Hook

Players can use the Grappling Hook to throw at a target and pull themselves towards it. This should add an exciting new element to gameplay.

Martial Arts Arena

In the classic mode, there will be Martial Arts Arenas along with Dancing Lions. Players can engage in martial arts in these areas, while the rest of the map remains the same.

Metro Royal Update

There are two new maps in the Metro Royal mode, which is now divided into basic and advanced modes. Players will have access to more supplies and there are new ziplines and stairs to make the map more accessible. There are also new NPC enemies and bosses to enhance the PVE experience. In terms of new items, players can find Biological Samples, Processors (GPUs), Gold piles, and Lenses that can be used to trade for armor upgrades. The basic inventory has also been increased to 30 items.
