This new feature is an overall improvement to the dominant Microsoft 365 app, allowing users to sign documents. However, this feature is not available to the entire Microsoft user base. The Product Manager’s announcement was intended for all Microsoft 365 Insiders. He said, “Now you can sign any relevant document, whether it’s a rental agreement or anything else, on your Microsoft 365 app”. However, there is a specific build required to use this feature. That is Version 2.72 (Build 23041202) or later (for iOS) and Build 16.0.16327.20270 or later (for Android).
