Multiversus, one of the upcoming free-to-play fighting games developed and published by Player first games and Warner bros. On a first look, the multiversus looks like super smash bros ultimate but actually, this one is another entry to the same genre. It is considered a special entry because Multiversus offers characters from various properties.
However, The official date for launch is yet to be announced. But the closed beta for the same has started on 19th May at @5pm BST (UK). Players who get invited to this test can play it on PS5 and PS 4 consoles, Xbox series X/S, Xbox One, and PC (only via Steam) along with cross-play support. How to sign up for Multiversus closed alpha test
The developers of Multiversus have already started the closed beta test on their mentioned date. But even then players can register them and invite up to three other players. Because the closed beta phase will run till 28th May. But, before heading to register, make sure to have minimum system requirements. - Click on create a WB Account.
- Insert your birth date, month, and year.
- Then, Provide an email with a strong password and click on Continue.
- Verify that email using the code received on it.
- Now, head to the beta management section appearing under the hamburger menu.
- Then, Click on Pre-register displaying alongside Multiversus Closed Alpha.
- As a result, A pop-up confirms your pre-registration.
- That’s it, You are done from your end and notified when invited for the beta test.
According to the closed beta test held on 19th May, there are a few things unveiled in Multiversus. There are up to 15 characters to get access to are BatmanSuperman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Shaggy, Velma, Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil a.k.a. Taz, Arya Stark, Jake the Dog, Finn the Human, Steven Universe, Garnet, Tom & Jerry, and Reindog.
However, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Arya Stark, Steven Universe, and Garnet will be locked at the initial of the test. But, They can all unlock over time through gameplay. The closed beta witnessed a 2v2 team-based mode with few levels such as Batman’s Batcave, tree fort, Scooby’s haunted mansion, and many more.
