Microsoft’s Mobile Device Management Intune is an enterprise multiple device for an organization where users have encountered multiple issues, including being unable to get connected to email and VPN service. These problems occur after updating the Samsung device to Android 12.

  1. Open Device Settings.
  2. Head over to your work profile.
  3. Go to apps, and then find AnyConnect VPN.
  4. Next, tap on Storage, and from there, clear the data and cache.
  5. That’s it.

So once you finish, you can manually request a new certificate. Microsoft’s and Samsung’s are working on patch updates. You can expect it to be fixed with the next update.
