Two years ago, WABetaInfo first reported on the UWP version of WhatsApp. The Windows Phone App is now available for download and use on Windows PCs, though it is still in beta testing.

How to Download WhatsApp Beta from the Microsoft Store
- Open the Microsoft Store.
- Search for WhatsApp and click on Get.
- Next, select Install and wait for it to finish the installation.
- Launch the app, and then open your device. Click on “Linked devices.”
- Click on “Linked Device” and then scan the QR Code to continue.
- Next, it will start downloading, and once it finishes, you can start using WhatsApp.
