Vivo recently received approval from the TENAA authority of China for its mid-range phone V2230A. Despite revealing all its key specifications, the listing did not mention the phone’s final marketing name. The device’s expected name has been revealed by a new leak.

This year, Vivo unveiled the Vivo Y35 smartphone. It was powered bySnapdragon 680 chipset and phone’s 4G LTE capabilities. According to a Chinese tipter, Vivo Y35 5G will be called V2230A in China.

In terms of display size, Vivo Y35 5G has an LCD panel measuring 6.51 inches and producing 720 x 1600 pixels of HD+ resolution. It is powered by a 2.2GHz 5G-enabled chipset. Unfortunately, there is no information on the chip’s name. Android 12 OS is likely to be installed on the device.

Vivo Y35 5G features a 5-megapixel camera on the front. There will be a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back of the device. There will be a fingerprint scanner on the side of the device for security purposes.

TENAA listed it as coming in 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM variants. You’ll be able to choose from 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of storage. The device will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery. According to the 3C listing, the device may only support 18W charging. Around 186 grams and measuring 164.05 x 75.6 x 8.15mm, it will weigh around 164.05 x 75.6 x 8.15mm.

Currently, there is no information available on the launch date of the Vivo Y35 5G. Since it has received Chinese certifications, it appears that the Y35 will be announced within a few days in home markets.
