Install MS PC Manager Offline
The Microsoft Bing Service may have failed to load Microsoft, PC Manager. For this, you can try installing PC Manager from the offline installer. For this, you require to have WinRar or 7zip.
- Download PCMgrDPInstaller, and right-click on the file.
- Click on Extract to “PCMgrDPInstaller/” and then Extract it.
- Double-click on the MSPCManagerOffline file to start installing the file.
- Check the checkbox for the I Accept End User License and Privacy Agreements.
- Click on Install and wait for it to finish.
Close PCMgrInstaller from the Background Process
If your Microsoft PC Manager is already active in the background, it will cause a conflict with detecting the Microsoft PC manager and won’t install.
- Open the Taskbar (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
- Look for the PCMgrInstaller Process. Right-click on it and choose End Task.
- After closing it, you can now start reinstalling the PCMgrInstaller.
