For a few months COVID 19 was a terrible problem for all smartphone industries. This pandemic has led to several phones supplies to hold the launch of their phones and others are face disruption in manufacturing and supply, adding up to more delays.




But despite all this, Samsung appears to launch its next foldable phone on time. According to Korean publication, ET News the Galaxy Fold 2 has finalised its design. It has also completed its trail manufacturing.
By the report, the company is planning to start manufacturing the components in May and mass production of the device will start in June / July.

Now, let’s talk about the phone, Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is to be more affordable then the original Galaxy Fold with a 256 GB model which is also in work. Based on the reports, the phone will be available in two models. First one come with 256 GB of storage, this model is more affordable. Some another model comes with 512 GB storage, and it will be slightly expensive.

This phone is the company’s third foldable Android phone. This will come after the announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Fold. This Galaxy Fold 2 is rumoured to be exposed alongside the Galaxy Note 20 at the Samsung’s mid-year event.



As for the specifications, there are a few things we know about this device right now. But the expectation is Samsung will correct a few flaws in the Galaxy Fold. In this phone, Samsung provides us a large secondary display with a bigger screen too. We can also expect from this phone that it will get a punch-hole instead of a notch and with the main camera setup. It will upgrade over the previous model of Galaxy Fold.
There are some rumours that this phone could be 5G and it also gets Samsung’s s-pen with it.
