Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition in China, adding it to the existing lineup of the Pro, Pro+, and Discovery Edition variants of the Note 12. This new model sits between the Pro and Pro+ models.
Specification of Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition features a 6.67-inch center-aligned punch-hole AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 900 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The back panel of the device features a rectangular camera module and a fingerprint scanner, as well as dual Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. The device is equipped with three rear cameras, including a 108MP Samsung HM2 main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The front of the device features a 16MP selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition is powered by the Snapdragon 778G processor and is equipped with a 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage option. The device also has a heat dissipation system consisting of twelve layers. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging and comes pre-installed with Android 12 running MIUI 14. In addition, the device features a USB-C port, a 3.5mm jack, WiFi-6, Bluetooth 5.2, an X-Axis Linear Motor, and other features.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition is available in three different configurations: 6GB + 128GB for RMB 1,699 (approximately $243), 8GB + 256GB for RMB 1,799 (approximately $258), and 12GB + 256GB for RMB 1,999 (approximately $287). The device is now available for purchase and comes in three color options: Shimmer Green, Time Blue, and Midnight Black.
