Realme has announced that it will unveil the GT Neo 5 in China in February. One of the most notable features of this device is its support for 240W rapid charging, the fastest charging solution currently available. There have been rumors that the GT Neo 5 will also be available in a 150W version. Both versions of the device have reportedly been certified by China’s 3C and TENAA authorities (via TechGoing).

A 150W charger (model number VCK8HACH) has been spotted with the Realme RMX3706 handset at 3C. It is possible that this device is the Realme GT Neo 5 150W, which is rumored to have a 5,000mAh battery. TENAA images show that this variant has a punch-hole display on the front.

An LED flash strip and two camera rings are located at the top of the greyish rear shell of the device. The top ring appears to house a primary camera, while the second ring houses two other cameras. A 240W charger has been spotted on the Realme GT Neo 5 240W (RMX3708), which is believed to be the Realme GT Neo 5 240W. This variant is expected to have a 4,600mAh battery. The power button is on the right spine and the volume controls are on the left. The 240W variant has a square camera module, which houses a triple camera unit and an LED flash.

Realme GT Neo 5 specifications (Rumored)

There is currently no information available about the other specifications of the Realme GT Neo 5. It has been reported that the device may feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. There are rumored to be models with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB/512 GB of storage.

The Realme GT Neo 5 is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate on the front. It is rumored to have a triple camera consisting of a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890, with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) setup, as well as a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Other features that may be included are the Android 13 OS with Realme UI 4.0 on top, RBG lighting, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
