We all have experienced a wrong purchasing decision. If there is any refund option, it might be challenging to claim a refund. So if you have ever made a PlayStore purchase by mistake, you can request a refund to get your money back.

To get a refund, there are some conditions to keep in mind; here are some of the conditions.

  • You have 14 days from the purchase date, Which includes a game, downloadable content, in-game consumables, and Season passes. However, you have to explain your reason for getting a refund.
  • For any subscription-based service, there will not be any refund; instead, it depends upon the usage of the subscriptions.
  • For Pre-order purchases, you have 14-days from the date of release. Not to mention, with the refund, you will also lose the exclusive pre-order perks.

How to request a refund using PlayStation Mobile Application

  • Download PlayStation App from Google PlayStore, and Sign-in with your PlayStation ID.
  • If you are using an app for the first time, it will go through features and other stuff.
  • Next, once you land on the Home page, Go to settings.
  • Scroll down to the bottom, and Tap on the Support button.

  • After that, Navigate to the PS Store & Refunds and then Refunds.
  • From there, Open the Requesting a PS Store refund.
  • You will be connected with the custom Support bot, which will guide you from there for a follow-up refund request.
