On Aug. 5, Motorola will remove the covers from its Edge 20 series of smartphones in China. There are three phones in the lineup, including Edge 20 Lite, Edge 20, and Edge 20 Pro. In the coming week, the Edge 20 and Pro models are expected to become official in China. According to reputed tipster Evan Blass, the Edge 20 Pro’s press render is available ahead of the launch.

Motorola’s Edge+ flagship phone from last year, which had a curved edge display, is expected to be replaced by the Edge 20 Pro. According to a leaked render, the Edge 20 Pro won’t have curved edges. There is a triple-camera system with LED flash on the back of the phone.

Specifications of the Motorola Edge 20 Pro

It has been reported that the Edge 20 Pro will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 870 mobile platform. The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery, which supports rapid charging. Approximately 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage may be available on the device.

Motorola Edge 20 Pro

The device will have a 32-megapixel front camera in global markets, while its Chinese variant will have a 16-megapixel front camera. This phone comes with a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens that can also serve as a macro lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with a 5x zoom.

 

Other features to be found on the Edge 20 Pro include an in-display fingerprint scanner, a Google Assistant button, a mono speaker, and display output support. In addition to China, the movie will be released in markets such as Asia, Australia, Europe, India, and Latin America.
