IQOO launched it’s the latest budget affordable smartphone, the IQOO U1 and the device seems to be quite promising so let’s take a closer look toward the device and know more about it.
IQOO U1 Key specification and Highlights
The device comes with a 6.53-inch of IPS LCD Display panel with a 2340 x 1080 pixel resolution featuring a punch-hole camera cutout placed on the upper left corner of the device. Therefore, it includes a quite narrow bezel surrounding the display of the device.
In terms of camera performance, the device having a triple rear camera module aligned vertically placed on the upper left corner of the rear panel. The device housing a 48MP primary + 2MP depth + 2MP macro lens. In contrast, the front having an 8MP Selfie shooter up front hidden inside the punch-hole.
Under the hood, the device is going to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G mobile platform based on octa-core CPU. The chipset of the device paired with a 6GB/8GB of Ram and 64GB/128GB of onboard storage. Further, you can’t expand the storage using any kind of external storage expansion.
Furthermore, the device has been running on Android 10 based custom Skin IQOO out of the box. Moreover, to power the device, it was going to equip with a 4500mAh battery using an 18W of fast charging solution through MicroUSB port bundled in the box. Therefore, the device has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Notably, to the device having a 3.5mm Audio jack alongside some minor things such as Game Space, Multi-turbo and Bluetooth 5.1. The device was also going to support a 5G connectivity, and the device is expected to launch globally quite imminent.
IQOO U1 Price and Colour
The device initially comes in three different colour variants following the Black, Blue and White colour option. However, the starting price for the device was CNY 1198 (~$170), CNY 1598 (~$230) for the 6/64GB and 8/128GB memory configuration. The device is currently available for Pre-Order, and the device goes on sale from July 23rd.
