  1. Visit the Windows Insider Programme web page.
  2. Sign in using your Microsoft account.
  3. Then choose Windows Edition, then click confirm, and then again click confirm if you want to download.
  4. After that, click on the 64-bit download button and save the ISO file.

First, we will be sharing how to make a bootable USB using an official Microsoft tool when it is available in stable.

  1. Download Microsoft’s Windows 11 Creation tool.
  2. Launch the Windows 11 installation media, then check the checkbox for Accept Terms and Conditions.
  3. Now, select the language and edition, or use the existing settings of Windows 11.
  4. Then, choose the USB flash drive, then click Next.
  5. Then start with selecting the USB drive, and then the system will download and make your USB flash drive bootable.

Bootable Windows 11 24H2 using the Rufus Tool

We will be creating USB bootable media using Rufus; here’s how.

  1. Download and install Rufus.
  2. Launch Rufus, then click on the Select button on Boot Selection to choose the Windows 11 24H2 ISO file.
  3. Next, click on the image option to choose Standard Windows 11 Installation.
  4. Now, click on Start.
    1. It then opens a Windows User Experience Pop-up. If your PC doesn’t have TPM, Secure Boot, or more than 4GB of RAM, check the first checkbox.
    2. If you don’t want to continue with your Microsoft account, then check the checkbox for “Remove Requirements for an Online Microsoft Account.”

How to do a clean Windows 11 24H2 installation from USB

After making a bootable USB drive, we can now perform a clean installation with the following instructions mentioned below: With Windows 11, there is a new installation page, so here are the instructions to follow.

  1. Power on your PC, then press the boot key.
  2. Choose your Windows 11 24H2 USB, and then it will boot into the installation window.
  3. Then choose the language, time, and currency format.
  4. Click on Next, and then it will ask for a keyboard and input method.
  5. Then click Next, choose Install Windows 11, and check the checkbox for “I agree everything will be deleted, including files, apps, and settings.”
  6. Now, click on Next, then click on “I agree with everything” and choose “I don’t have a product key” on the Product Key page.
  7. On the Select Image page, choose the edition of Windows you want to install.
  8. Click on Next, accept, and then choose the disc on which you want to install Windows.

  10. Click on Next, and then on the Install button. Once the installation is finished, it takes you to the Out-of-the-Box Experience (OOBE) screen.
  11. From the OOBE screen, you have to select the region, and keyboard layout, give your device a name, and set it up either for personal, work, or school based on your preference.
  12. Now login with a Microsoft account and create a PIN for your PC. After that, it asks for preference settings to disable everything and then click on Accept.
  13. Restore the backup. If you have created the backup, then click on Restore from this PC, or if you want to make a new one, then click on More Options, then choose Setup a New PC.
    1. If you have already set up the backup, then restore it using your Microsoft account.
  14. Now skip the Customise your Experience part, then skip Linking your Phone and click on Only Save Files to This PC for OneDrive Backup.
  15. After this, click on the Next and Not Now buttons for the browser’s data sharing with Microsoft.
  16. Skip the PC Game Pass Prooption, and No Thanks for Microsoft 365 Setup.

How to install Windows 11 24H2 without losing data

You can reinstall Windows 11 24H2 by mounting an ISO file to start the installation process.

  1. Head over to the Windows 11 24H2 ISO file, either from the Microsoft official website or the AndroidGreek Windows 11 download page.
  2. Now, right-click on the ISO file, then select Mount from the context menu.
  3. Then run Windows 11 Setup.exe from the mounted drive, click Yes on the User Account Control Prompt, and.
