Time Limit for Obtaining a Steam Refund
You have to submit a refund request within 48 hours, and you will get a refund within 48 hours.
How to Get a Refund on Steam
- Open help.steampowered.com
- Log in to continue, and then click on Purchase.
- Look for the product you want a refund for. If your purchased product isn’t there, you won’t be covered by any refund policy.
