How to View All Fonts Category-Wise
- Open Google Docs.
- And open the Font Drop-Down menu.
- Click on more fonts. Within a dialogue box, you will see a font selection option.
- Then, select the category for which you want to see the font on your menu.

How to add custom fonts using Extension Fonts
A Google Workspace Markerplace is included, and from there you can add various extensions. Checkout with the following instructions mentioned down below.
- Open Google Docs, and from the upper-right corner, click on the Add-ons.
- Select “Get Add-On” and then look for the extension fonts.
- Once you find it, click on “+Free to Install” and grant the required permissions and finish the setup wizard by following on-screen instructions.
- That’s it!
Once you add the extension font module to your Google Docs, you can now begin to install the fonts on your Google Docs by clicking on the “start” button. From the toolbar, open the Extension add-on and then it will show all the available fonts that are available to use.
Choose the fonts from the given options, and you can also configure the fonts from the bottom size slider according to your preferences. By default, Google Docs uses the Arial font, and it’s a classic font, whereas you can adjust the size of the font up to 400pt.
