Honor has finally launched its latest flagship offering – the Magic3 series – during a spectacular launch event held in the company’s home market. Additionally, the company introduced the Honor Tab V7 Pro, an upper-midrange tablet alongside its Magic3 devices.

This also makes the Honor Tab V7 Pro and Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro the closest competitors within this segment, priced at 2,499 Yuan (386 USD).

Specification of Honor Tab V7 Pro

It comes with an 11″ LCD display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and a peak brightness of up to 500 nits.

The new Honor Tab V7 Pro comes with support for a stylus called the Magic Pencil 2, just like any other premium slate in the market. Additionally, it supports a Magic Floating Keyboard Case, which Honor calls its external keyboard.

In addition to all these accessories, Magic UI 5 is well optimized for productivity and multi-tasking, with features like the much-coveted split-screen mode, etc.

The Honor Tab V7 Pro comes with a dual-camera system consisting of a 13 megapixels camera and a 2 megapixels macro camera. There will also be a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies or video calls.

The Honor Tab V7 Pro is equipped with the new MediaTek Kompanio 1300T chipset, making it the first device to feature it. Furthermore, it features up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. The Honor Tab V7 Pro is also equipped with a 7,250mAh battery with 22.5W fast-charging support.

In the Chinese market, the slate is available in three colors including Blue, Gold, and Silver, and starts at 2,599 Yuan (US$401) for the 6GB+128GB variant.
