How to Enable Telegram Translation
- Open Telegram, and then head to settings by swiping right and clicking on settings.
- Scroll down to Language, then to “Translate Message” at the top.
- Toggle the “Translate” button or “Translate Entire Chat” based on your preference.
- That’s it!
After you enable that, you can have the option to translate the entire conversation or tap on the chat to translate messages individually. This feature will make it easier for everyone by breaking language barriers. Meanwhile, the whole chat translation feature is limited to Telegram Premium users.

Apart from this, a new set of animated emojis or stickers can be applied as a profile picture. Additionally, to avoid slow internet or network issues, Telegram redesigned the Network Usage section. Now in the settings, it will show the data’s consumption within a pie graph to help users understand how their internet is being used. It even shows the difference between Wi-Fi and cellular data usage.
On the other hand, now group admins can choose which media types members can send to the group. Extended with the ability for admins to give more control as they can now disable text messages if the group only allows photos, videos, or voice notes. Telegram automatically saves incoming media to your gallery based on file size, type, and source.
Telegram has now added an option where you can choose to store your data. You can choose only the cloud since Telegram has already stored all your data, so saving it on your device is unnecessary.
